Good Employment Practice Seminars for Farmers

Bruce Cottrill, Federated Farmer's industrial relations specialist is hosting a series of Good Employment Practice Seminars in Otago and Southland this week.
The seminars will cover job descriptions, person specifications, interview skills, performance appraisals and motivation. Bruce will also cover Employment Law relating to discipline, dispute resolution, dismissal, and best practice for employer.
The new Variable Order Sharemilking agreement is also on the agenda.

The meetings will run from 9:30am - 4:00pm, refreshments will be provided. This seminar is free to Federated Farmers financial members and $50 for non-members.
