Listed industrial property investment company Property For Industry has appointed a new director, Mr Anthony Beverley.

Mr Beverley is head of property in New Zealand for AMP Henderson Global Investors, which is contracted to manage PFI’s nationwide portfolio of 50 properties valued at $217 million.

Mr Beverley has 16 years’ investment experience and has overall responsibility for the property investment business of AMP Henderson Global Investors in New Zealand.

This includes the largest private property fund in New Zealand, the AMP Property Fund with assets of $770 million, and the listed AMP NZ Office Trust with assets of $535 million.

Mr Beverley replaces Mr James Darkins on the PFI board.
