There was light trading on the New Zealand Futures & Options Exchange today involving 2991 futures and 200 options contracts traded with a face value of NZ$1.59 billion.
The June-01 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled down 4 points at 9425 (5.75%) and the Sept-01 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled down 4 points at 9438 (5.62%). The Dec-01 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled down 4 points at 9428 (5.72%) and the Mar-02 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled down 5 points at 9409 (5.91%).
The June-01 Three Year Government Stock Futures Contract settled down 5 points at 9429 (5.71%) and the June-01 Ten Year Government Stock Futures Contract settled down 4 points at 9403 (5.97%).
The June-01 NZSE-10 Share Index Futures Contract settled up 9 points at 940.
The April-01 Electricity Futures Contract closed at $57.50 M/wh.
