Conference Leads Community TV Into The Digital Age

Triangle Television presents a one-day conference focusing on the future of digital video production and community television broadcasting in New Zealand.
Titled Leading Community Television into the Digital Age, the conference takes place on Saturday 7 October and is open to the public.
The conference will provide current and prospective programme producers with relevant and practical information on technology, production and funding issues.
There will be a series of seminars including a forum discussion of the role of non-commercial regional television in the broadcasting mix and a presentation on achieving high production values on a shoe-string budget.
Sessions also include an explanation of what the term "digital" means in relation to TV and video, programme makers, broadcasters and viewers. There will also be a session on funding and sponsorship issues and a panel discussion about relevant ratings and audience information.
