Jamie Kay Announces Exclusive Pyjama Range In Support Of Child Cancer Foundation
Beloved New Zealand baby and children’s clothing brand Jamie Kay has announced an exclusive sleepwear collection in support of Kiwi children with cancer.
100% of total product sales revenue will be donated to Child Cancer Foundation, providing vital funding to support children and families impacted by childhood cancer.
With two beautiful new designs, Swan’s Picnic and Top Hat Swan, Jamie Kay is hoping to raise $100,000 through the limited-edition collection.
Child Cancer Foundation is a cause close to the hearts of the Jamie Kay team, after witnessing the brand’s Head of Creative Hannah Whitehead’s personal journey with childhood cancer.
Whitehead’s daughter Frankie was first diagnosed with leukaemia at three years old, and she has been in and out of treatment over the past six years.
“Child Cancer Foundation provides support for hundreds of families throughout New Zealand each year who find themselves facing the unimaginable. It is because of generous donations like yours today that families never have to walk this path alone,” said Whitehead.
“Your love and support for this incredible cause means the absolute world.”
This is the third year that Jamie Kay has released a limited-edition collection in support of Child Cancer Foundation.
Both previous collections in 2021 and 2022 sold out in just a few hours.
Child Cancer Foundation Chief Executive, Monica Briggs, says the Foundation is delighted to be working with Jamie Kay on their latest collection.
“We don’t receive any government funding, so we rely on the generosity of New Zealanders to provide our support services,” said Briggs.
“The proceeds from Jamie Kay’s gorgeous new collection will make a huge difference for the tamariki and whānau we support, allowing us to continue to be there for them as they go through one of the toughest times in their lives.”
The collection will be available for purchase from 1pm on Thursday 9 November at jamiekay.co.nz
