Fatal house fire, Ngaruawahia

Emergency services were called about 10.40am to Sims Street, Ngaruawahia, following a report of a fire at a property.

One person has been located deceased.

Cordons will remain in place at the property while an examination is carried out.

Fire and Emergency New Zealand and Police will make enquiries into the cause of the fire.
