Name Release 1 – Christchurch Terror Attack

Police are now in the position to formally release the names of the first victims identified following Friday’s terror attack.
They were:

Gender: Male
Date of birth: 15 April 1955
Citizenship: New Zealand
Location of death: Masjid Al Noor Mosque, Deans Ave, Christchurch
Name: Kamel Moh’d Kamal Kamel DARWISH
Gender: Male
Date of birth: 5 September 1980
Citizenship: Jordanian
Location of death: Masjid Al Noor Mosque, Deans Ave, Christchurch
Name: Junaid ISMAIL
Gender: Male
Date of birth: 4 September 1982
Citizenship: New Zealand
Location of death: Masjid Al Noor Mosque, Deans Ave, Christchurch
Name: Mucaad IBRAHIM
Gender: Male
Date of birth: 13 April 2015
Citizenship: New Zealand
