Parks, Domains and Reserves Bylaw

Hamilton City Council has opened public consultation on the review of its Parks, Domains and Reserves Bylaw.
The bylaw acts a tool for the Council’s management of the city’s hundreds of parks, domains and reserves, including protecting them from misuse and damage.
Reviewing the bylaw is a statutory process in which the public and interested parties can make formal submissions.
The Council has an online portal for organisations or organisations to make submissions on the bylaw review.

The consultation period closes on 18 March, 2019.
