"Unexplained death in Dunedin"
Dunedin Police are investigating an unexplained death in the city over night.
The incident occurred in Stuart Street and was reported to Police shortly before 4am.
Emergency services attended however the man died at the scene.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the death.
