"Serious crash south of Tokoroa"
Police are attending a serious crash on State Highway 1 near Ohakuri, south of Tokoroa.
The crash was reported shortly after 5pm and involved two vehicles.
State Highway 1 is closed and traffic management is being put in place.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
