Update: SH1 closed at Paekakariki

The closure of State Highway 1 between Paekakariki and Grays Road at Mana could remain in place until late this afternoon.

A diversion is in place over Paekakariki Hill Road for cars and other small vehicles, but motorists are asked to avoid the area.
