Published: Wed 22 Aug 2018 12:56 PM
Customers today expect fast, convenient, personalised and consistent brand experiences. For business to succeed and cut through increasing competition and digital noise, customer engagement must be at the forefront of any business strategy. A great experience leads to growth in sales and brand loyalty.
PwC Herald Talks has announced their next event, The Experience Economy, focusing on why customer experience is the crux of every business, regardless of scale or industry.
Keynote speaker, Caroline Rainsford, Country Director of Google New Zealand, will explore a fresh approach to customer engagement at this limited-ticket event in Auckland and Wellington early September.
Rainsford is responsible for driving Google’s overall business operation and is focused on helping New Zealand businesses grow and transform in the digital age. Prior to joining Google, she served as Marketing and Product Director for Latitude NZ (previously GE Capital) as well as Brand Director for their broader AU/NZ region. Before her return to New Zealand in 2013, Caroline worked for Philips Royal Electronics across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.
Following the keynote an expert panel will discuss their insights on creating consistent and unique customer experiences to build personal relationships and foster loyalty. To see who will be on the panel in your city, be sure to check out the PwC Herald Talks website.
New Zealand Herald’s Head of Business Fran O’Sullivan will serve as panel adjudicator, and TV personality and journalist Simon Dallow as MC.
The PwC Herald Talks would not be possible without the support of our proud partners; PwC, The New Zealand Herald, Newstalk ZB, Fonterra, Massey University, ATEED, Vodafone, SKYCITY Auckland and Nood.
Tickets are $89 per person, or pay as little as $62 per ticket with discounted corporate bundles. To purchase a ticket, click here. Don’t miss out – the last three events were sell-outs.
