Māori, Muslim, Migrant and Union groups are coming together on Saturday 28 July to form a new coalition ‘Love Aotearoa
Hate Racism’ to fight racism, hate speech and white supremacy in Aotearoa.
As far right Canadian speakers Lauren Southern and Stefan Molyneux are about to start their New Zealand tour in an
attempt to infect others with psychological ill health under the guise of free speech, the need to build a united front
against racism is ever more imminent.
Let us gather in multicultural South Auckland to fight racism together with a group of organisations very passionate
about living wages, safer work conditions, affordable housing, better health services, free education for all and
ultimately a harmonious Aotearoa.
Speakers include Joe Trinder (Maori Activist), Anu Kaloti (Migrant Workers Association of Aotearoa), Ibrar Sheikh
(Federation of Islamic Associations in NZ), Will Ilolahia (The Pacific Panthers), Rachel Mackintosh (Vice President
Council of Trade Unions), Joe Carolan (Unions Auckland) and Mandisi Majavu (African Communities Forum)
Multicultural and ethnically diverse workers of Aotearoa stand united against racism.
