"Police responding to vehicles stuck in Waimakariri River"
Police were advised just after 4pm that two vehicles were stuck in the Waimakariri River, Kaipoi, where the water is reportedly moving quickly.
All occupants are reportedly out of both vehicles and back on land.
Injuries are unclear at this stage.
