Update re SH7 Hurunui
Traffic control measures remain in place on SH7 Mouse Point Road, Hurunui between Caithness Road and Flintoff Mouse Point Road following a crash earlier this morning.
Shortly after 3.30am a truck and trailer unit rolled on SH7 blocking one lane.
The driver of the truck was not injured in the crash.
One lane remains blocked on SH 7 Mouse Point Road between Caithness Road and Flintoff Mouse Point Road and traffic management is in place.
The road will be closed for a short time early this afternoon as work continues to remove the truck and trailer unit from the scene.
There are no diversions and anyone who is traveling on the road can expect minor delays.
