Update - Fatal house fire in Dunedin

Police do not consider that there are any suspicious circumstances following a house fire and the death of a man in Dunedin.
The fire occurred at the Nutsford St address in the suburb of Brockville on the night of Friday 22 September.
The victim has not yet been formally identified.
A post-mortem was conducted yesterday (Monday).
The results will be sent to the Coroner.
A scene examination has been completed and there are no longer scene guards or cordons in place.
Police will continue to investigate on behalf of the Coroner.
