Appeal for information on Timaru-Pareora Highway fatal crash

Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the three car crash on State Highway 1 at Pareora on Saturday the 2nd of September.
40-year-old Daniel Anderson who was driving a black Holden HQ died as a result of the crash.
We understand there was a white car travelling north along State Highway 1 around the time of the crash and we would like to speak with the occupant(s) of this car as we believe they may have witnessed something that could be useful to the investigation.
We’d also appreciate hearing from anyone who may have seen the black HQ Holden before the crash.
