accumulate near the summit, especially around noon and early afternoon.
• UPDATED: Milford Road (SH 94) – Snow fall warning now lifted.
• UPDATED: Dunedin to Waitati Highway (SH 1) - Occasional snow showers are likely to affect the summit of the road into
the afternoon. Until 4pm, 1 to 2cm of snow may accumulate on the road above 300 metres. However, there remains a low
chance of heavier snowfalls between about 10am and 3pm Tuesday when up to 5cm of snow could accumulate.

• SH85 Ranfurly to Alexandra – Snow – Due to winter driving conditions, road users are advised to take extra care.
• SH8 Lindis Pass – Snow – Due to winter driving conditions, road users are advised to take extra care.
• SH93 Clinton to Mataura – Snow – Due to winter driving conditions, Road users are advised to take extra care.
• SH8 Twizel to Fairlie – Snow and Ice – Vehicle Restrictions have been lifted. Road users are advised to take extra
care.
• SH80 – Aoraki Mt Cook to Ben Ohau – Snow and Ice – Winter driving conditions, road users are advised to take extra
care.
• SH1 Hundalee to Kaikoura – Slips - The road closure south of Kaikoura between Pekata and Goose Bay is closed.
