Waikato Police looking for Conwaye Brown
Waikato Police are still looking to locate 31-year-old Conwaye Brown (pictured) in relation to an aggravated robbery and assault on police in Morrinsville last month.
Police have concerns for Mr Brown’s welfare and believe he poses a risk to the public and should not be approached.
The aggravated robbery and assault occurred on Tuesday 25 October at 1pm on Coronation Road and involved a man brandishing a hammer and acting aggressively towards members of the public.
An officer who attended was also threatened with a hammer and the patrol car was struck.
The man has then produced a large knife and threatened a member of the public and stolen a Ford Falcon XR6 - registration FQJ176.
Police would like to hear from anyone who has seen the vehicle described above or who has information on the whereabouts of Mr Brown.
Information can be shared with Police on 07 858 6200 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
