Whangarei man Jessie Heke-Gray arrested and charged
Whangarei man Jessie Heke-Gray will appear in the Whangarei District Court this morning on three charges following his arrest in Waipu yesterday.
Police had been looking for the 32-year-old since September for breaching his prison release conditions.
In addition to breaching those conditions, he has been charged with male rapes female and sexual violation.
Further charges are likely.
Police are unable to comment further as the matter is before the Courts.
