Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL) appoints new directors to Red Bus, Lyttelton Port Company and Christchurch
City Holdings boards
Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL) has made appointments to the Red Bus, Lyttelton Port Company and Christchurch
City Holdings boards. The appointments start as of their annual general meetings held in October and November.
Sabrina Kunz is appointed to the Red Bus board and brings a background in business development and governance. Her key
sectors of work have been in justice, real estate and crown entities. She has a strong interest in regional economic
development.
Don Elder has been appointed to the Lyttelton Port Company board. Dr. Elder is the Chair and CEO of Spanbuild Holdings
Ltd. He has a bachelor’s and doctorate in Engineering. He brings a focus on health and safety and has extensive
operational and governance experience along with knowledge of the port industry.
Alex Skinner will be joining the Christchurch City Holdings board. His appointment starts in November. Previously KPMG’s
Christchurch managing partner, Alex has a portfolio of governance roles including chair of the Ōtautahi Community
Housing Trust and as a trustee of the World Buskers Festival. He has relevant audit experience in several industry
sectors where CCHL has investments including ports, airports and energy distribution.
