Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter Weekly Round-up 29 Aug - 4 Sept
The Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter flew 4 missions during the period as follows:
Tue 30 A morning mission to Otaki for a woman injured after she was in a collision with a car while riding her bicycle. She was airlifted to Palmerston North Hospital in a stable condition.
Thu 01 A morning mission to Dannevirke for a man in his 50’s with a medical emergency. He was airlifted to Palmerston North Hospital. Later that night the helicopter was dispatched to Levin for a man in his 50’s with a medical emergency. He was transported to Wellington Hospital for specialist care.
Sat 03 A morning mission to a property near Marton for a woman injured in a quad bike accident She sustained leg injuries and was airlifted to Palmerston North Hospital.
