The five potential, alternative NZ flag designs to fly from the Aotea Centre.
At the request of the independent Flag Consideration Panel, the five potential, alternative New Zealand flag designs will fly from the roof of the Aotea Centre from Tuesday 17 November until the end of the referendum period (11 December).
This will give the public a chance to consider the five flags flying in a real-life situation, in the order they will appear in the referendum. Auckland Museum flew the five flags last Sunday and a number of councils around New Zealand are also flying the flags.
