Water Services Restored
Water services have been restored for Ashhurst residents.
Maintenance crews have completed repairs on a broken water main to the Ashhurst reservoir. The fault was discovered
overnight.
“We have replaced a section of pipe and are now refilling the reservoir“, says PNCC Water Asset Engineer Dora Luo.
“For some residents, the water pressure may be lower than normal for a short period of time due to the reservoir still
being at a low level, but things will be back to normal by late this evening.”
“We’d like to thank residents for their patience today and we’d ask them to continue conserving water while we fill the
reservoir.”
