"Police seek public's help in locating Steven KELLS"
Steven Michael KELLS is wanted by Police on three Warrants to Arrest for failure to answer district court bail.
He also wanted for breaching his bail conditions.
Kells is described as a 25 year male Maori of thin build and 168cm tall. The public is advised not to approach Kells but to call 111 straightaway if he is sighted.
