Strong Public Support for New Club Vista

Kapiti residents showed their support for the new Club Vista on the Paraparumu Beach waterfront with more than 250 signing up as new members during an open day special offer on Sunday.
The Club – formed by an amalgamation between Kapiti Club and Paraparaumu RSA - says the response was overwhelming with people queuing to fill in membership forms.
“Staff had to keep on printing more applications to keep up with demand and we have never seen anything like it,” the club says.
The membership special offer of $20 per person was only open for the day and attracted all age groups and many families.
A week earlier the Governor General and Mayor of Kapiti had unveiled the new name of the club and the first new Club Vista signage has begun to be installed.
