Missing 16yr old Woman - Whanganui

Police are appealing to the public for their help to locate a 16 year old woman who is missing from her home in Whanganui.
She has not been seen since 8.00am this morning.
Connie Flannigan is a female Caucasian, about 5 foot 5 inches tall, medium build, with blonde hair, distinctive in that it is shaved on the right side of her head.
She was last seen wearing a black bomber style jacket with an orange linning.
Wearing tights and carrying a black back pack with a blue Nike tick.
She was last seen in Whanganui where she wandered away from her home.
Police have concerns for Connie’s welfare and would be very keen to hear from anyone who has seen her or can tell police where she is.
Inspector Ross Grantham said we have concerns for Connie’s welfare and would be very keen to hear from anyone who has seen her or can tell police where she is.
