Four males arrested following vicious assault
Counties Manukau Police would like to thank members of the Otara Community whose information was vital to the arrest of four males, allegedly involved in a vicious assault.
The incident took place at around 4am on April 19 2015 in a car park in Otara.
It was captured on CCTV cameras and after the footage aired on Police Ten 7, Police received more than 30 phone calls from members of the public.
Three 29-year-old males and one 24-year-old male have all been charged with injuring with intent to injure.
Detective Paul Bimler of Counties Manukau East says the information from members of the public was vital to making the arrests.
Police are still looking for one further male, allegedly involved in the incident and welcome any further information that may assist with the investigation.
