Construction has started on Porritt Park's new loos
Work is underway in preparation for the new toilet block arriving at the Coromandel’s busiest playground.
Over the last few days the Thames’ Porritt Park construction area has been fenced off, playground equipment has been removed and the site has been prepared for the arrival of the crane and toilet block.
What you will see over the next two weeks:
1. Preparation work will continue on site
2. Some minor temporary disruption as the crane arrives and offloads the new toilet block
3. Installation will begin
Following that, concrete trucks will be arriving on site and our contractors will continue to be in and out over the next couple of months.
