Body found inside Titahi Bay address
Investigators are working to unravel the circumstances leading to the discovery of a body at Titahi Bay address yesterday afternoon. Police were called to the address by neighbours who had complained about the smell.
A deceased male was found on the floor inside the home.
An initial examination showed the deceased may have been there for sometime. Detective Senior Sergeant Grant Ferguson said, “The immediate focus of the investigation is to examine the scene and the body, after which we should have a better idea of what has occurred.
It is important that a cautious approach is taken at this stage, so we can do the best job possible for the deceased’s family.”
