Woman injured by cow
The Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter was dispatched to a farm near Wharepapa South, located between Putaruru and Otorohanga, at approximately 1pm yesterday.
A 40 year old local woman was kicked by a cow and and sustained serious internal injuries. The woman was treated by St John Paramedics at the scene before being flown to Waikato Hospital for further treatment.
