With extreme weather conditions sweeping New Zealand, the kids at KiNZ Myers Park were more than happy to receive a light snow fall in Auckland this morning...
A snow delivery took place to celebrate a rebrand for KiNZ - to get the kids involved and excited about the brand new look.
Known for providing quality early childhood education in Auckland, Kindergarten NZ Limited (KiNZ) is undergoing a rebrand - revealing a new look and feel.
To celebrate, parents of children attending KiNZ Myers Park were advised to pack their little ones up with a few extra layers, warm socks and gumboots on Thursday, 25 June, as two tonnes of snow was delivered to the kindergarten for the children to play in.
Established in 2002, KiNZ is a subsidiary of the Auckland Kindergarten Association – offering early childhood education for children aged between three months to six years of age at four key sites in Auckland:
• KiNZ Myers Park (Auckland Central)
• KiNZ Mission Heights (Flat Bush)
• KiNZ East Tamaki (Otara)
• KiNZ Sandringham (Sandringham)
The special party took place at KiNZ Myers Park and for many children, it was the first time they have seen snow.
Chris Coombe, Chief Operating Officer from KiNZ, says: “We’re really excited about our rebrand and thought what better way to celebrate the new look, than to involve the children themselves.”
