Teen rushed to Waikato Hospital after Tauranga car accident
The Waikato Westpac Rescue Helicopter was dispatched to Tauranga Hospital with an ICU retrieval team at approximately 9am yesterday morning.
The helicopter was sent to retrieve a 19 year old male who had sustained a head injury in a car accident at approximately 4am that morning, he was flown to Waikato Hospital for further treatment.
