Single fatality crash - Carmichael Road, Bethlehem - Bay of Plenty
Tauranga Police, Fire and Ambulance services are currently at the scene of a single fatality crash on Carmichael Road, Bethlehem, in the vicinity of the Bethlehem Country Club.
The fatal crash involves a car and a motorcycle, the motorcyclist is the fatality.
The Police Serious Crash unit is on-scene and will investigate the cause of the crash.
Carmicheal Road between Bethlehem Road and St Michaels Avenue is currently closed to all traffic with obvious diversions in place.
Non-resident motorists are advised to take alternate routes.
No details in regard to the deceased will be released until next of kin and family members have been advised.
