In Bloom: Viaduct Harbour Flower Market

In Bloom: Viaduct Harbour Flower Market

If you’re seeking the perfect weekend refresher, look no further than the launch of Auckland’s very first dedicated weekly Flower Market, brought to you by Viaduct Harbour. Between 8am and noon every Sunday from 22nd March, Market Square will be transformed into a living oasis of fresh flowers and foliage.
There will be a wide variety of plants and flowers for sale at the Flower Market, including freshly cut roses, lilies, sunflowers, potted herbs, house plants, cacti and more. There’s even a space on site to have your flowers wrapped and ready for the journey home. Also on offer is a beautiful selection of garden goodies, including stunningly unique, hand-made ceramic objects from Porcelain Rove, handmade plant hangers and more.

If it doesn’t already sound like an ideal Sunday morning, it gets better -- the Flower Market will see a range of vendors from the likes of The Highway Men (with fresh smoothies, L`affare coffee and delicious bagels), The Pie Piper (scrumptious American-style dessert pies and macaroons) and Storm & India Tea Sisters with an elegant organic tea bar and raw breakfast offering. It’s all topped off with zesty live entertainment from some of our favourite local musicians and performers.

The Viaduct Harbour Flower Market will return to Market Square every Sunday between 8am and noon for the next three months, with all the energising colour and fresh floral stimuli than you can gather for the week ahead.
