Quick, dirty and rewarding
16 February 2015

Would you like to enjoy the benefits of gardening but feel you don’t have time and/or space? A free workshop at Hollard Gardens, Kaponga, on Sunday (22 February) is just for you.

The topic is ‘the 20-minute garden’ and participants will pick up some sharp ideas on how they can achieve a productive vegie or flower garden for their own needs with minimal input.

The workshop runs from 2pm to 4pm at Hollard Gardens, 1686 Upper Manaia Road, Kaponga. It is part of a year-round programme of free public events at Hollard Gardens, Pukeiti and Tupare, the three heritage properties owned and managed by the Taranaki Regional Council on behalf of the people of the region.

For more information, see www.hollardgardens.info, www.pukeiti.org.nz and www.tupare.info. Social media users can also follow the Taranaki Regional Council gardens on Facebook (TaranakiRegionalGardens)and Twitter (@TaranakiRG).
