Wellington families invited to FREE fun day

Media release

Wellington families invited to FREE fun day
Sat 24th Jan, Freyberg Playpark, 10:00am

KiwiOz Nanny, the internationally renowned nanny recruitment agency, is hosting a Family Fun Day exclusive to Wellington families on Saturday 24th from 10am to 1pm.

The event, which marks the recent launch of KiwiOz’s Wellington office, will start at Oriental Parade’s Freyberg Playpark. Some qualified nannies will be on hand to entertain the children while parents network and relax.

Families are invited to then take part in a free Under 5’s swim session at 11am with WaterBabies’ instructor Kelly Williams at the Copthorne Hotel. Morning activities will be followed by a buffet lunch.

Helene Girard, manager of KiwiOz Childcare’s Wellington office, says the fun day is also an opportunity for Wellington families to learn a few facts about employing a nanny as a contemporary childcare option.

“Some families love the idea of a nanny but dismiss it because they believe it’s an expensive and inflexible option. Few know about the government subsidies available (up to 30 hours) for children aged zero to five. And not many realise that nannies can be full or part-time and work very flexible hours.”

Places for the fun day are limited and will be offered on a first come, first service basis.
To register, families must complete and submit the online form by 5pm Monday 19th
January. Forms can be accessed via the KiwiOz website –
