Tairawhiti Maps mobilised
Council’s online property viewer Tairawhiti Maps now has a version that will work on your mobile device.
Since the launch of the new user-friendly mapping service in July, staff have been working on the mobile version.
Land information team leader Mark Cockburn says “it’s a simplified version that’s handy for smart phones and tablets. We’ve also added a predictive search that will help users find the address faster.”
“Our web analytics tell us the number of users have increased since the launch in July. This would be due to more property information being available like our networked water, wastewater and stormwater services, the District Plan, flood zones and rubbish collection days to name a few.”
