Knack craft market offers retro, collectibles
If you’re looking for something to do after casting your vote this election day, why not pop by Berhampore Primary School’s fabulous spring Knack craft market.
The popular event, known for its wide variety of unique, quality handmade goods, will this Saturday focus on the retro, upcycled element of stalls and is branching out to offer second-hand books alongside vintage, antique and collectible items.
Crown Lynn crockery and old bottles will sit alongside handmade soap and locally-crafted silver jewellery.
Some 20 boxes of books can be perused along with modern décor made from beautiful old maps, vintage fabric lampshades and fresh, bright, kids spring clothing.
Those attending the market can get fresh Ripe Coffee from the iconic ‘Betsy’ caravan and fill up on 70’s food for lunch.
There will be entertainment and games available for the kids and a White Elephant area to rummage through.
And of course there is a polling booth at the market so you can cast your vote while you’re there.
Knack craft market is held seasonally, four times a year, and is the major fundraiser for Berhampore Primary School.
