Castlecliff house fire - name release

Whanganui Police can now release the name of one of the women, who died after a house fire in Castlecliff on 8
September, 2014.
She was Gail Edwards, aged 68, of Whanganui.
Her death has been referred to the Coroner.
Police will not release the name of the second woman who died yesterday evening until formal identification has been
completed and next of kin has been informed.
