Inquiries continue into Hokitika death
Police are continuing inquiries into the circumstances which lead to a 58 year old man falling from a balcony at a Hokitika hotel. The man died shortly after.
The incident occurred about midnight on Saturday after the man had spent the evening socialising with his wife and a group of friends.
Police are yet to complete interviews with members of that group.
The name of the deceased has not yet been released.
