2014 Kapiti Coast Airport survey shows high levels of satisfaction
Wednesday July 9 2014
The 2014 Kapiti Coast Airport survey has been a great success with more than 840 responses received.
Of note was the outstanding level of satisfaction customers have with the Kapiti Coast Airport, and the Paraparaumu-Auckland service operated by Air New Zealand.
Robert Binney from the Kapiti Coast Airport wishes to thank customers for the valuable contributions that they have made in completing the survey. He looks forward to sitting down with the team and looking at ways they can improve the service.
Chris Barber, Managing Director at the Kapiti Company said: “96% of the respondents to the survey had used the Air New Zealand services from Paraparaumu, 85% of them had used the Auckland service and of them 92% rated the service as either very good or excellent – that is simply a fantastic reflection on all those involved in providing the service”
The Kapiti Coast Airport survey was conducted between June 3 and June 17 2014. 843 people completed the survey compared to 598 in 2013.
