Missing American tourist Philip Mohseni has been located this evening after he checked into Backpacker accommodation in
Hokitika.
Mr Mohseni was originally reported overdue from a tramping trip south of Fox Glacier by his mother who had not heard
from him several days after stating he was heading into the Copland Track.
He was apologetic after realising the distress he had caused to his family and for the efforts of Police and Land Search & Rescue members involved the search for him.
Police would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Philip.
