Matariki Planting Day - make a difference in the red zone

At last an opportunity to get stuck in and start making a difference in the red zone!
Help us plant out 400 native plants plus a school community garden and fruit tree grove.
Celebrity Guests * Hot Drinks * Sausage Sizzle
Tiki Taane and TV’s Bugman Ruud Kleinpaste will be lending a hand!
Bring gumboots, warm clothing and a spade if you have one – we are planting rain or fine.
Kids and family groups very welcome.
This launches the Mahinga Kai Exemplar project and the first step in greening the red zone.
