Are you one of the Coopers Beach residents living with arthritis?
Have you been told ‘its just arthritis!’?
Or you don’t sleep properly, and the pain gets you down?
You are not alone. One in six people have one of the more than 140 different forms of arthritis. And we care. So you don’t have to ‘just get on with it’.
Jane Messer, Arthritis Educator, is going to be in Coopers Beach on Thursday 8 and Friday 9 May. On the Thursday she will be presenting a ‘Living with arthritis’ seminar from 10.00 am – 12.00 pm, and a ‘drop-in session’ for questions and answers from 1.00 pm – 3.00 pm. And on the Friday she will be hosting a ‘Learn to manage the pain of arthritis’ seminar from 10.00 am – 12.00 pm.
All of these events will be held at St John’s Hall, Bergan Road, Cooper’s Beach.
Join Jane, have your questions answered, and gain some solutions to pain management.
