The Lowe Corporation Rescue Helicopter crew responded to a 54 year old male who had nearly drowned helping to rescue two
females caught in a rip at Waimarama Beach. He was airlifted by rescue helicopter to Hawke's Bay Regional hospital for
further treatment.
