Wellington Police seeking sightings of Ashor GORGUS

Wellington Police are seeking help from the public to locate Ashor GORGUS who has a current warrant to arrest for breaching his release conditions. GORGUS is a Middle Eastern male, approximately 180cms tall and of medium build. He has the word "crims" and a cross tattooed on his right forearm.
Police advise that he is considered dangerous and has displayed unpredictable behaviour. He is known to carry weapons including firearms. GORGUS should not be approached and any sightings should be immediately reported by calling Wellington Police on (04) 381 2000. Information can also be provided anonymously to the Crimestoppers organisation on 0800 555 111.
