Location and spacious rooms make Arista Of Rotorua simply the best accommodation place to stay in Rotorua.

Arista Of Rotorua is in an ideal location to take full advantage of what Rotorua has to offer whilst providing luxury accommodation of the highest level.
The units at Arista Of Rotorua are the largest of their kind in Rotorua as they offer spacious living with a self-contained private spa in each.
Arista’s radiator heaters and its hot water is all heated via Rotorua’s geothermal activity and this provides excellent heating 24 / 7 all year round. So the rooms are always warm!
Owner/Operators Mike and Annemarie Gallagher, who took over the Arista Of Rotorua in May, 2011, have extensive local knowledge of Rotorua and are always friendly, welcoming and hospitable to their guests.
Arista’s units range from 62m2 to 92m2 providing plenty room for Mum and Dad to relax and watch Sky TV while the children can watch a DVD upstairs.
For those staying with children, Arista Of Rotorua has a fully fenced children’s super playground which is a major attraction.
The ‘Family Studio’ unit is perfect for groups who like space, but also like the privacy of the sleeping area being away from the living area. This is great for young families where Mum and Dad want to put the children upstairs to bed and then relax in Arista Of Rotorua’s beautifully decorated lounge area.
Each unit has two TVs while all family units contain a DVD player. Free DVD s are also available.
If you are in Rotorua on business, Arista’s spacious studios are excellent for corporates with their ability to provide plenty of room for workers to share and make it more cost effective for companies.
Completely refurbished in 2012, the one bedroom mezzanine features an open plan living area, leather furniture, dining suite and kitchenette as well as a bathroom on the ground floor together with a 32inch flat screen TV, fibre optic WIFI and 7 SKY Channels. It even has its own private spa pool! Corporate rates are available.
In terms of location Arista Of Rotorua is perfectly situated in Fenton St, close to the Rotorua Racecourse and all local tourist attractions and provides a very popular mountain bike hose down area. Mountain biking has become increasingly popular and Arista Of Rotorua has recognised this.
Arista OF Rotorua has achieved a 4.5 star Qualmark rating and has earned the Trip Advisor certificate of Excellence for both 2012 and 2013.  It maintains well above average occupancy for Rotorua.
