Facial composite released for Boxing Day indecent assault

Hutt Valley Police have released a facial composite in an attempt to identify the offender involved in a sexual assault on Boxing Day in an alleyway next to Delaney Park in Stokes Valley.
The attack occurred at around 7.00pm that night as a woman was walking through the park. A man has followed the woman through the alleyway to Chittick Street where she was sexually assaulted. The male is described as being in his late teens or early 20s, approximately 175cm tall with a muscular build.
Detective Constable Mark Sutton says "People may remember the distinctive t-shirt the male was wearing which is described as being black with two purple and two yellow squares on the front of it and with white writing below the squares."
"We are encouraging anyone who has any information about the identity of this male or who was in the area at the time and may have seen anything suspicious to contact Hutt Valley Police".
