The Benefits of Yoga
Face Television's Monday Night interview programme, "In Conversation with Noel Cheer", has already dealt with a diverse range of health and medical practices.  We recently looked at Tai Chi.  Another practice that arose in Asia and which has been adapted for western use is Yoga.  Although it appears to bring with it elements of Indian mysticism it is very popular in New Zealand.
The guest on the programme this week is Anne Scott, a member of Yoga Aotearoa.
"In Conversation with Noel Cheer", Face Television, Monday September 9th at 7:00pm, repeated on Tuesday September 10th at 12 noon.
